Fourth Annual Literacy Luncheon

Freedom Isn’t Free,
But Literacy Education is Key

Please join the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People of Collier County (NAACP), to celebrate the Fourth Annual Literacy Luncheon at the Vineyards Country Club.  The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that approximately 35% of the population living in Collier County speak a language other than English at home, and in Collier County Schools it’s more than 50%.  Help us as we serve the rapidly changing American landscape!

We would love for you to join us for this luncheon as we support the efforts of our CCPS Superintendent Dr. Leslie Ricciardelli as she continues to plan and create activities to support teachers, students, and families.

Also, come and meet local authors and explore books, understand, and discuss the escalating crisis surrounding young student literacy.
