This is a joint venture between the NAACP of Collier County and the National Flight Academy Program. Our next scheduled six day deployment 22-09 will take place July 17-22, 2022. The National Flight Academy brings the latest in multi sensory media and simulation technologies to create an immersive naval aviator experience like none other aboard the world’s only virtual land-locked aircraft carrier, AMBITION. Our dynamic teaching methods promote hands-on learning designed to inspire and engage students in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM), while also reinforcing 21st Century Workforce Skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and team building.
